Currently, when selecting Triggers for edit, any Trigger Actions present in the Trigger Properties Panel, will all reset to 'collapsed' at each visit on the Trigger.

This is a ticket to have all Trigger Actions expanded by default.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid, navigate to the Interactivity/Triggers Panel, and create two new Triggers of two different Types for the Grid Element, and name each 'Trigger_1' and 'Trigger_2'

3) Select 'Trigger_1', and add a collection of Trigger Actions of any kind to it. Ensure they are all expanded as to make the content of all Actions visible.

4) Select 'Trigger_2'.
This will open the 'Trigger_2' Trigger Properties in the Properties Panel.

5) Select 'Trigger_1' once again.
Observe how all Actions that were previously expanded, are now all collapsed.

Expected Results: Trigger Actions are always all expanded and visible by default, and collapsing any Actions only does so for the length of the visit to the Triggers Properties (essentially working the opposite of how it does now where all Actions are collapsed by default, and only retain memory of which are Expanded or Collapsed for the duration of the stay on its Properties Panel).
