Summary0005032: Command Target Property Available In Element Properties When Should Be Hidden
Description

Currently, Elements offer a dropdown Property under the 'Input' section Input Bindings titled 'Command Target', which should be hidden from Studio.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid, and in its Properties, expand the 'Input' section.

3) Under its 'Input' Properties section, press the '+' (Plus) icon directly to the right of the 'Input Bindings' line item.
This will create a new Input Binding Property group.

4) Identify the 'Command Target' Property, and expand its dropdown.
Observe how a range of Elements are available to select from from the 'Command Target' Property.

Expected Results: The 'Command Target' Property is hidden in Studio, and not accessible to users.
