Currently, we offer users the ability to copy keyframes from the Timeline, and to paste them either later in the same Timeline, or into another timeline altogether.

The Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V method functions every time to achieve this.

However if using the Context Menu:
We allow the user to right-click on Keyframes in the Source Timeline, and to select 'Copy'.
However, we don't provide any context-menu when right-clicking on an empty section of the Timeline to Paste the Keyframes.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Navigate to the Animations/Storyboards Tab, and create any keyframe.

3) Right-click on the Keyframe created in Step 2), and press 'Copy' from the Context Menu.

4) Move the Playhead down the Timeline, and right-click on the Timeline to Paste the Keyframe pasted in Step 3).

Observe how there is no Context Menu available Paste the Keyframe.

Expected Results: Empty Portions of the Timeline can be right-clicked to paste copied Keyframe(s).
Expected Results: Right-clicking, and selecting 'Paste' from the Context Menu results not in pasting the Keyframes at the Cursor position, but at the position of the Playhead.
