Currently, Elements (or Groups of Elements) can be copy-pasted from one scope to another.

However, when Elements are copy-pasted from one scope to another, when they are pasted, they lose the names given to each Element that was pasted, until the Page is saved, and restarted.

Repro Steps:

1) Download, Unzip, and open the attached Studio Project.

2) On the MainPage, right-click into the ContentControl Content on the right of the screen (that contains the Squad list).

3) Within the SquadList Content Template opened in Step 2), right-click on the ListBox of the Squad List, and open the Item Template.

4) Within the Item Template, Identify the Element named 'Status_CheckBox' under the 'ActionButton_Grid' in the Navigator.

5) Open the Template of the 'Status_CheckBox' Element, and copy the entirety of its Elements.

6) Exit the CheckBox Template to return to the ListBoxItem Template.

7) Paste the contents of the clipboard copied in Step 5), into the Grid named 'ActionButton_Grid'.

Observe how all of the pasted Elements come into the Navigator without the same custom names as they were given from where they were copied from.

8) Save all documents, close all documents, then return to within the CheckBox Template found within the ListBox Item Template.

Observe how Element names are now visible.

Expected Results: Copy-Pasted Elements don't temporarily lose their custom names during the pasting process.
