Currently, we offer Predictive Text Search for the majority of our Properties.

However, the 'ResourceKey' Property of a Binding using the 'Loc' (Localisation) module, doesn't seem to offer this feature.

Repro Steps:

1) Open the MiniShowcases Sample in Studio, then open Localization.xaml.

2) On the Stage, click on the large Paragraph text block.
This will reveal its Properties in the Properties Panel.

3) Identify the 'Content' Property, and expand the yellow arrow to the left of the 'Content' Label.
This reveals the sub-Properties of the Localization Binding

4) Click on the ComboBox of the 'ResourceKey', and input characters from the list of visible values in the ComboBox.

Observe how Predictive Search functionality is absent from this ComboBox.

5) Repeat Step 4), but with the 'Converter' Property instead.

Observe how the Converter Property features Predictive Text searching

Expected Results: The ResourceKey Property's ComboBox features Predictive Typing functionality.
