Currently, our TextRuns contain the same set of Properties that TextBlock Elements have.
However, many of the TextRun Properties offered in Studio, don't produce any visual, or layout effect.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Introduce a TextBlock onto the Page.

3) Double-click on the TextBlock on the Stage, and highlight a portion of it, and create two Runs out of the TextBlock

4) Select either of the Runs.
This will open its Properties in the Properties Panel.

5) Keeping the Run selected in the Navigator, progressively work down the list of Properties, adjusting the values of each all the way down the list.

Observe how many Properties do not produce any results on-Stage.

Expected Results: Properties which produce no results on a Run, are hidden from its Properties Panel.
