Double-clicking on a text element to edit text on the stage and then right-clicking on the selected text causes the right-click menu to appear, but the menu is displayed scaled in accordance with how far the user is zoomed into the stage.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a Studio Project with a MainPage.xaml
2. Search for a TextBlock in the "Add Element" panel and add it to the stage or the Navigator
3. Set the zoom drop-down on the top right of the stage to 600%
4. Double-click on the TextBlock so that its text is highlighted in blue.
5. Once the text is highlighted, right-click on the text
6. Observe how the right-click menu is scaled up and overlaps with the properties panel
7. Click out of the right-click menu to make it disappear.
8. Double-click on the TextBlock again so that its text is highlighted in blue.
9. Set the zoom drop-down at the top right of the stage to 30%
10. Right-click on the highlighted text
11. Observe how the right-click menu is scaled down and unreadable

Expected result:
The right-click menu retains a consistent size regardless of zoom level.
