Currently, there is an issue where Elements bound to Custom Properties don't immediately update on-Stage, and require a close-and-reopen of the Page to see the changes take effect.

Oddly; in the example used in this ticket, the changes appear to not take affect on only one Custom Property, and in only one direction (increasing the value; decreasing works as expected)

Repro Steps:

1) Download, Unzip, and Open the attached 'DynamicGrid' Project in Noesis Studio.

2) Identify the ListBox on-Stage in MainPage.xaml.

3) Adjust its custom 'RowSpacing' Property value, increasing and decreasing the number as desired.
Observe how the spacing between the red rectangles on-Stage increases and decreases accordingly.

4) Decrease its Custom 'ColumnSpacing' Property value.
Observe how the spacing decreases as expected.

5) Increase its Custom 'ColumnSpacing' Property value.
Observe how no changes are produced on-Stage.

6) Increase the Custom 'ColumnSpacing' Property value to a nice large number like 128.
Observe how no changes are produced on-Stage.

7) Save all open documents, and close and re-open MainPage.xaml
Observe how now the changes made to the 'Column Spacing' Custom Property have updated and reflect the values set in Step 6)

Expected Results: Custom Property value changes are immediately reflected on-Stage.
