We allow you to create Custom Properties within Templates, with each Custom Property having a 'Type' defined in its configuration.

Currently, if you create a Custom Property of one type (eg: Int32), and fill its Property values in at the Element level on the Page, it will display as expected within the Element's Properties Panel.

However, if you change the 'Type' of the Custom Property within the Template, it will create duplicates of the Custom Properties; one which is the 'new' correct Property, and one will be the 'Ghost' Property that technically no longer exists in the Template, but that continues to display in the Properties Panel with its previously-input Property values.

Repro Steps:

1) Download, Unzip, and Open the attached 'DuplicateCustomProperties' Project in Noesis Studio.
2) Identify the ListBox on-Stage, and select it to inspect its Properties Panel.
Observe how there are two Custom Properties with values filled in: 'Column Spacing' and 'Row Spacing'.

3) Enter the ListBox's Template, and select its Root to access its Custom Properties configuration.

4) Change the 'Type' of each of the Custom Properties from one number type to another (eg: 'Int32' to 'Single')

5) Exit the ListBox Template, select the ListBox in the Navigator, and inspect its Properties Panel.

Observe how there are two duplicates of each of the Custom Properties now.

Expected Results: Changing a Custom Property's 'Type' replaces the Custom Property in the Element's Properties Panel, and any previous compatible values are carried over when possible.
