Currently, in the Keyframe Easing Properties, we display a list of Presets. where each Easing 'type' Trio is given its own line within the box.

This leads to a layout where Line 2 is all 'Sine' Easings, Line 3 is all 'Exponential' Easings, and so on, and so forth.

However, the Easings Preset Selector used under Visual State Transitions uses a 2-column instead of a 3-Column Layout, which removes a lot of the strengths of the '1 Type per Row' mapping used in the Keyframe Properties.

The Transition Easings listing makes it somewhat more difficult to parse the list of options in a logical manner.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Create a new Custom Visual State Group on the MainPage, and create a Visual State within it.

3) Within the Visual State created in Step 2), create a Keyframe of any interpolatable Property within it, then select the Keyframe.

4) In the Keyframe's Properties Panel, set the Interpolation type to be of type 'Easing' (Presets), and open the 'Easing Function' dropdown to view the list of interpolation options.

Observe how they are all nicely organised by row.

5) Return to the Animation/VisualStates Panel, and click on any of the 'Easing' dropdown menu, to open the 'Easing' PopOut.

6) From the 'Easing' Popup, click the 'Easing' dropdown menu to reveal the list of Easing Presets.

Observe how in this context, the Presets are not nicely categorised by row.

Expected Results: The Transition Easing Preset selector uses the same dropdown as the Keyframe Property's.
