Currently, when adding a Property to a Data Structure, when hovering over the '+' in the Data Panel, a tooltip appears that read 'Add Property'.

However, when the exact same equivalent operation is performed on an Enum, adding a Value, there is no similar tooltip on its '+' button.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project.

2) In the Data Panel, create a Data Structure.
This will unveil its Properties Panel.

3) Hover over the '+' in the top right of the Structure's Properties Panel.

Observe how it features an 'Add Property' tooltip.

4) In the Data Panel, create an Enumeration.
This will unveil its Properties Panel.

5) Hover over the '+' in the top right of the Enum's Data Panel.

Observe how the button doesn't feature a tooltip.

Expected Results: The 'Add Value' Button, analogous to the 'Add Property' Button features a similar tooltip
