Summary0005288: MouseDragElement Behavior Contains Some Functionally Broken Aspects
Description

Currently, we offer a MouseDragElement Behavior in our suite of Behaviors that can be attached to Elements.

The Behavior works as expected when applied with no Property customisation (allows user to drag an Element in Play Mode).

The 'Constrain To Parent Element Bounds' Property works in Play Mode, but exhibits unexpected positioning on-Stage in Editor Mode.

The 'X' and 'Y' Properties appear to have no visible function, and exhibit unexpected behavior when their values are customised. It appears that the values of these Properties have no bearing on the position of the Element, so there is debate to be had around whether these Properties should be completely omitted from the Behavior's Properties.

See attached video.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid, and change its dimensions to 800x800

3) Introduce a Rectangle Element to the Page, placed within the rootGrid, and set its dimensions to 256x256.

4) Navigate to the Interactivity Panel, and with the Rectangle selected, apply a MouseDragElement Behavior to it.

5) Play the Page and drag the Rectangle around the Stage.
Observe how it functions as expected.

6) Select the Behavior again, and in its Properties Panel, check the 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' to 'on'.
Observe how the position of the Rectangle has unexpectedly changed position on the Stage.

7) Repeatedly click the 'ConstrainToElementBounds' Property on and off.
Observe how the Rectangle changes between two different unexpected positions when clicking on and off.

8) Play the Page.
Observe how the position of the Rectangle is in a different location than where it was placed on-Stage in Editor Mode.

9) With the Page still playing, drag the Rectangle around the Stage.
Observe how the 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' is indeed functioning as expected, and the Rectangle can't be dragged outside of the bounds of the 800x800 root Grid Element.

10) Remove the MouseDragElement Behavior from the Rectangle Element, then create a new one for it.

11) Zoom out of the Stage, and adjust the X and Y Properties.
Observe how the Rectangle gets placed in the top-left of the Viewport rather than the top-left of the parent Element as I believe it should be the case as dictated by the mechanics of the Behavior.

12) Save, then close and re-open MainPage.xaml
Observe how upon return to the Page, the Rectangle has been placed in a position which is visibly unaltered by the X and Y Property Values of the Behavior.

Expected Results: The position of the Element the Behavior is attached to, is consistent between Editor Mode and Play Mode.
Expected Results: The X and Y position set in the Behavior's Properties, position the designated Element relative to the Top-Left of the Parent Element, and not of Studio's Viewport.
Expected Results: Changing the X and Y Property Values positions the designated Element following the set values.
