Currently, when applying a TranslateZoomRotateBehavior to an Element, a 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' Property is offered, which in theory, prevents the designated Element to not be allowed to at the very least be moved outside of the bounds of its 'parent' Element.

The 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' Property is confirmed functionally working in Play Mode in the context of a MouseDragElement Behavior. However, it does not appear to take Effect in the context of the TranslateZoomRotateBehavior.

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid, and change its dimensions to 800x800

3) Introduce a Rectangle Element to the Page, placed within the rootGrid, and set its dimensions to 256x256.

4) Navigate to the Interactivity Panel, and with the Rectangle selected, apply a TranslateZoomRotateBehavior Behavior to it.

5) With the Behavior selected, identify its 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' and click on its CheckBox to activate it.

6) Play the Page, and click-and-drag the Rectangle around the Stage.

Observe how the Rectangle is not positionally constrained to the bounds of its Parent Element.

7) Still in Play Mode, attempt other gestures like using the MouseWheel to Scale the Rectangle in and out on-Stage
Observe how the scalability of the Rectangle is not constrained to the bounds of the Rectangle's 'parent' Element either.

Expected Results: The 'Constrain to Parent Element Bounds' Property constrains an Element to the bounds of its 'parent' Element when it is set to 'on'.
