It seems that MessageDialog (http://www.noesisengine.com/docs/Gui.Co ... ialog.html) is not supported on Unity--there's no public Show() method.

You are right, MessageDialog is not yet supported in Unity.
But you can easily create your own dialog windows using UserControls. That way you will get the look&feel of your application.
