Crash on having collection of enums

It seems having this would crash my studio on restart. I can create it and work with it while in the app but next time it crashes

the problem is with

  <Property Name="Step2_ListOfAge" Type="Collection" SubType="Gui.KidsAgeRange" CollectionMinItemCount="0" CollectionMaxItemCount="10"/>
