Currently in v0.1.258-beta when I select multiple children elements and attempt to drag them all at once only one of the children elements are moved.

Just so that I can confirm what you're running into, are you referring to clicking-and-dragging multiple children at once in the Navigator (hierarchical change), or on the Stage (positional change)?

If this is in regards to Navigator multi-Element hierarchy changes, the Ticket for this can be followed at #3636.

If this is happening repositioning Elements within the Stage, that would be a bug as this should be working.
If you'd be able to provide more details (such as an image of the hierarchy the children are in), we can help troubleshoot this.
