Hello.

I downloaded Noesis Studio and created my first UI with it. But now when I try to start it it doesn't start. I am able to select a project but no matter what project I select it won't start up.

The app is visible in the task manager but it is not starting.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jan,

If you try opening one of our included sample projects, do you observe the same issue?

There could be some kind of corruption in your project. If you could share the project (including the backup folder, which you can access via the contextual menu for the project in the project launcher), we can have a look and fix it.

I tried opening the example projects shipped with Noesis Studio but the results are the same. The app won't open. But it is visible in the task manager.

Could you please go to %TMP%/Noesis/Dumps and create a ticket with the log.txt available in that folder?

I found the logs.txt but all of the recent ones are completely empty.

Also when you said open and issue - you meant the buck tracker?

I got it fixed. Somehow. I went to \AppData\Local and deleted the whole Noesis folder and it started to work again.

Hmm… this might be related to the code that restores the last window position in Studio.

I’ll take a look at that code. It's a shame the folder was removed, as it could have provided useful information.
