I may be doing something really stupid here but anytime I add one of the Unity Pro's image effects to my camera my NoesisGUI gets flipped See image below.

Just some questions to help me figure out what could be happening:
- Are you using the trick described here? viewtopic.php?f=3&t=423
- Are you rendering the GUI into a Unity Texture?
- Are you rendering using Deferred Lighting?
- Are you on DirectX or OpenGL?

The fix in the other topic worked out for me thanks.
