I have been having trouble with deploying to Android. Any Demo applications crash immediately after the Unity loading screen is done.

My NoesisGUI version is 1.1 and Unity3D version is 4.7. Every Demo builds and rund fine in the editor and the standalone version (I have tried Win and Mac).

But on Android, building process is successful, running crashed. Logical shows "NS_ERROR: BGRA888 extension not found".

I have tried using another android phone but the same problem happen.

Now I have switched to a Mac machine and then build the demo again, BGRA888 problem disappeared. Now I try to finger out why windows machine has the BGRA888 problem. Thanks.

In mobiles we need the BGRA888 extension (EXT_texture_format_BGRA8888 in Android, APPLE_texture_format_BGRA8888 in iOS). We never found a device not having these extensions.

What specific device model are you using to deploy?

By the way, this only affects to mobiles, I don't understand how switching to Mac could solve the problem. Do you mean deploying from Mac? Please, give me more details.

After I rebuild the demo project on Windows machine and run at a real mobile phone. the BGRA888 problem disappear... (On android emulator which i use the problem still exists) I can't remember what specific step I have made comparing the last time. I'm sorry to bother you for the question.

If the problem appears again, please, report it. Anyway I have created an internal ticket to remove that dependency. NoesisGUI should work without that extension.
