Summary0001118: When empty, TextBox's caret is always positioned on the left
Description

Create a text box and set its TextAlignment property to "Center" (or "Right") as follows

        <TextBox TextAlignment="Center"></TextBox>

Then run it.

-> The caret is position on the left when the TextBox is empty. It should be positioned on Center following the TextAlignment property.
