Summary0001140: Changing value of TabStripPlacement property in TabControl object don't change anything
Description

Ok, when I want to place the tab header on the left side, so I find this issue.From this thread http://www.noesisengine.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=952&p=6404&hilit=TabStripPlacement#p6404
It is important for mobile games when player hold the device with two hands, it is easy to touch the left and right side of the screen.
If player hold device with single hand, it is easy to touch the bottom side of the screen.
