Summary	0002745: Setting SpeedRatio while recording a Storyboard has no effect
Description	Create a Storyboard and select it to enter record mode. Animate something and then select the Storybord to see its properties. Changing SpeedRatio, AccelerationRatio or DecelerationRatio properties does nothing.

dfranjic 2023-11-15 16:39 developer ~0008941	Fixed with r12955. Though, changing properties like AccelerationRatio will cause the keyframes in Ui not to match with the keyframes in the actual animation.
