Summary	0003024: Elements Panel Contents Jiggle When Panel Width Decreased
Description	When reducing the width of the Elements panel with categories expanded, certain subcategories contents jiggle around. See attached video.
Steps To Reproduce	1) Open any Noesis file. 2) Navigate to the Elements Tab. 3) Expand all Elements subcategories. 3) Reduce the width of the Elements panel by half. Observe how the Collections subcategory in particular jiggles. (This sometimes also happens to the Miscellaneous subcategory on occasions) Expected result. Elements in the subcategory maintain a fixed position.
