Summary	0003258: MediaElements Sometimes Momentarily Flash Green when Playing Page
Description	This has been an issue in all 3 projects we've developed that contain MediaElements (Z3L, Coriolis, and Ombras). When hitting 'Play' in Studio, on occasion, the screen will flash green where the MediaElement is supposed to be loaded, before then playing the MediaElement without issue. Attached video and video freeze-frame. (green only visible at bottom due to Opacity Mask applied) I suspect this has to do with some kind of loading delay when rendering, but I'm not sure.
Steps To Reproduce	Repro Steps: 1) Create a Page 2) Add a Video File to the Stage in the Form of a Media Element 3) Repeatedly Play/Stop playback of the Page in Studio. Observe how on occasions there will be green flashes where the Media Element is meant to appear. Expected Results: The first frame of the video plays instead of a green flash
