Summary0003380: Moving An Element to a Different Quadrant Changes its Alignment Mode
Description

Currently, using the Selection tool, when a user moves an element between different parts of the page's hierarchy, the alignment mode of the element changes.
This results in a user's alignment preferences for their element being removed when changing its position on the Stage and within the hierarchy of elements.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) In the Page's root grid, create 3 Columns, and 3 Rows. For demonstration purposes, it makes things easier to make each Column/Row 1* each.
3) Drag an element from the Add Element Panel, to any quadrant within the grid. For demonstration purposes, the middle quadrant (Row 1, Col 1) works well.
4) Verify in the Properties Panel that the Alignment Mode is set to "Stretch" for both the Vertical and Horizontal alignments. Also verify that all margins are set to 0,0,0,0.
5) Using the Selection Tool ( Shortcut [V] ), click and drag the element added to the Page, to a different quadrant. For demonstration purposes, the upper-left quadrant works well (Row0, Col0).

Observe that the Alignment Mode has changed from 'Stretch', and no longer fills the quadrant in the manner as when it was in Row1,Col1.

Expected Results: Elements retain their Alignment mode when moved between parent elements.
