Summary0003469: Multiple Open Paths Cannot Be Joined
Description

A feature that exists in both Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, and most vector editing software, is the ability to use the Path tool to join several 'open' paths.
This can either be used for combining multiple 'open' paths into a longer 'open path, or can be used to combine multiple 'open' paths into a 'closed' shape.

Currently, this is not supported in Noesis Studio.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Draw a path composed of 2 anchor points.
2) On the same Stage, draw a second path composed of 2 anchor points.
3) Using the Path tool, select one of the anchor points on one of the two paths.
4) Click on an anchor point of the (other) path (to attempt to join them)

Observe how they cannot be connected together.

Repeat Steps 1) to 4) in Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer, and observe how two separate path can be joined as one with the Pen tool.

It is possible to join two path figures together with the pen tool with commit r14202. But joining two different Path object isn't possible (so you would first have to "Make compound path" to make it all into path figures and then use the pen tool to connect them). Not sure if this is good enough solution and if this ticket should be closed.

For now we'll leave as-is (requirement to Compound Paths before joining) - to be revisited/re-discussed at a later time. Thanks, Dario!
