Summary0003608: Flattening Path Transform Removes Stretch Mode / Display of Stretch Mode Doesn't Update When Path Flattened
Description

This is a bug that is potentially one or two bugs, or potentially two bugs, depending on the intention for the feature:

The first, that I believe is a bug, but could be up for debate depending on intention, is that Flattening a Path's Transform removes the previously-set Stretch Mode.

The second, which is for sure a bug, is that Flattening a path doesn't immediately update the display of its Stretch Mode, and requires clicking off of the Path, and then clicking it again to update its Property display to its actual values.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Using the Path Tool (P), draw any enclosed shape within the Page's RootGrid.

Observe how its Stretch Mode in the Properties Panel is set to 'Fill'.

3) Navigate to the Path's Render Transform Properties, set its Origin to 0.5/0.5, and its Rotation to 90.
4) Right-Click on the Path, and from its context menu, navigate to 'Path', then 'Flatten Transform'.
5) Without clicking off the Path, scroll up in its Properties to the 'Stretch' property.

Observe how the Stretch Mode is set to 'Fill'.

6) Click on the RootGrid in the Navigator, then click on the Path once again.

Observe how the Path's Stretch mode is now set to 'None'.

Expected Results: Flattening a Path does not change its Stretch mode.
Expected Results: Properties for a Path immediately update and correctly display following a Flattening operation.
