Summary0003708: Snap line shown when snapping to the center of a line segment isn't updated when zooming in/out
Description

Currently, if you pan or zoom in/out while line segment center snap line is shown in the Pen tool, it won't update the position of that snap line so that it stays located on the center of the line segment.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Draw few lines with the Pen tool
  2. Use Pen tool and hover over the center of a line segment until snap helper appears
  3. Zoom out/in or pan around the Stage view
  4. Notice how the snap line + vertex handle don't update their position
