Summary0003722: Groups Containing RadialTicks Break When Made Into a Component
Description

Currently, when you have a group (eg: a Grid) that contains a RadialTicks Element and other miscellaneous Elements, and you make the Grid into a Component, all Elements are successfully transposed within the Component, with the exception of the RadialTicks, which is not carried over, and produces a XAML error.

(Sergio suggests this is a namespace issue)

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Page
2) Introduce a Grid to the RootGrid.
3) Introduce a RadialTick Element to the Grid created in Step 2.
4) Add a couple other more 'standard' Elements (eg: Paths, TextBlocks, etc...) to the Grid created in Step 2).
5) Right click on the Grid introduced in Step 2), and select 'Make Into'-->'Component'.

Observe how the newly-created/opened Component contains a XAML error, and the RadialTicks are missing.
