1) Create 2 Projects: One named "Project_A_Source.noesis" and one named "Project_B_Destination.noesis"

2) Open Project_A_Source, and create a ResourceDictionary named "Project_A_Source_Dictionary"

3) Add a couple Resources within the Project_A_Source_Dictionary, then save all files for this project.

4) Open Project_B_Destination, and in the Assets Panel, click on the (+) icon on the Root folder at the top of the Panel, select 'Add Project Reference', and then select the Project_A_Source.noesis file.

This will make the contents of Project_B appear in the Assets Panel. You can take a moment to browse through this content, and verify that everything is there.

5) Close the Project_B_Destination application window completely, and re-open it again.

6) Navigate to the Assets Panel.

Observe how the 'References' subfolder appears empty and isn't accessible.

Expected Results: The References contents are always accessible regardless of how many times the Project has been opened/closed.
