Summary0003985: Components Cannot Be Put Into a Page If They Are The Only File Within Their Directory
Description

Currently, we have a bug where if you have a Component in the Project, you are unable to introduce it to a different Page if it happens to be in a 'selected' state in the Assets panel, and/or the only file in a Directory.

Demonstration of this occurring attached.

Steps To Reproduce

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project.
2) Within the Assets Panel Project Root, create a Folder, and create a Component within it. This will switch the active tab from the Project's MainPage.xaml, to the tab of the Component.
3) Close the tab of the Component, leaving the MainPage.xaml open. The Component should still be visible at the point within the Assets Panel folder created in Step 2, and should have a blue background behind it.
3) Attempt to drag the Component into the MainPage's Navigator.

Observe how the moment the Component is dragged, it opens in a new tab, removing the MainPage's Navigator hierarchy from view -- making it impossible to move the Component into the MainPage.

Expected Results: Dragging a Component does not produce the same action as opening it.
