In .215 Beta, there appears to be an issue where an Elements Properties are not updating accordingly in the context of a Storyboard.

Repro Steps:

1) Download the attached AnimationTest.zip, and open the Project in Studio.
2) Navigate to the Animation Panel, and to the Storyboard tab. Open the 'BounceIn' animation.
4) Click on the Border0 Keyframe expander in the Timeline to reveal all of its sub-keyframes.
3) Select the Border0 Element in the Timeline to expose its Properties in the Properties Panel.
4) Scrub the Playhead left and right over the entirety of the Timeline.

Observe how there are no changes being displayed in the Animation's Properties panel despite the fact that different values are keyed on the Timeline for Width and X-Transform, and that these value changes are indeed visible on the Stage.
