I have not been able to find any circumstance where the TranslateX and TranslateY Layout Transforms produce any visible result on-Stage.

Layout Rotate, Layout Scale, and Layout Skew on the other hand all produce visible effects on-Stage. See attached video.

I've tried Layout Translating under all sorts of circumstances (inside of a Stack Panel, inside of a Grid...different Alignments...different Elements, etc...) --- and I have not been able to find any circumstance in which a Layout Translate produces any visible results.

Repro Steps:
1) Attempt to find any scenario under which changing the Layout Transform TranslateX and TranslateY produce a result that is visible on-Stage.
Observe how changing the Layout Transform Values doesn't produce any result

Expected Results:
The TranslateX and TranslateY change the Element's aspect within a Layout in the same manner as the Rotate, Scale, and Skew Layout Transform options do.
