Summary0004181: Files Added Back to Windows Explorer via a 'Redo' Don't Immediately Display in Studio
Description

Currently, if a Noesis Studio's Project's file is deleted in Windows Explorer, then immediately "undeleted" via Windows Explorer's 'Ctrl+Z' function, it will not appear in Studio's Assets Panel until the application is restarted.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Project containing a MainPage.xaml
2) From the Assets Panel, create a new Component.
Observe how the new 'Component0.xaml' is immediately created, and visible in the Assets panel.

3) In Windows Explorer, navigate to the directory where MainPage.xaml and the new 'Component0.xaml' live.
4) Delete 'Component0.xaml' (use a standard 'Del' Delete action to send to Recycle Bin instead, of a permanent 'Shift+Del' Delete action)
Observe that within Studio, Component0.xaml has been successfully deleted as expected.

5) Within the Windows Explorer Project directory, press [Ctrl+Z] to 'undo' the deletion of Component0.xaml from Step 4).
Observe that within Windows Explorer, the Component0.xaml file is brought back to life and exists once again.
Observe that within Noesis Studio, the Component0.xaml is missing from the Project's directory as visible in the Assets Panel.

Expected Results: For compatible file types, the Project's Directory contents matches between the files visible in Noesis Studio, and those visible within Windows Explorer.

6) Restart Noesis Studio.
Observe how the deleted, then "undeleted' Component0.xaml file is now present in Studio's Assets Panel as expected.
