Currently, if a Path comes into Studio 'pre-rotated' (ie has had an SVG 'rotate' applied in the SVG itself), this causes its adorner within Studio to also be rotated.
Furthermore, on hover of the 'Style' shortcut, it displays a tooltip that appears to scaled up from the size the tooltip is normally displayed at.

Repro Steps:

1) Download the attached NamedPaths.svg
2) Create a Project with a MainPage.xaml, and import the attached NamedPaths.svg into the RootGrid.
3) Hover over the red Diamond on-Stage.

Observe how its adorner is rotated.

4) Hover over the 'Style' icon in the adorner.

Observe how the 'Style' tooltip appears to be scaled up by roughly 150% of the size of regular tooltips.

Expected results: Tooltip scales are consistent through the application.

Expected results: We probably need a wider discussion on how to present adorners on non-rectangular objects. The only thing I can immediately think of is that all Elements are given a straight rectangular Adorner frame which serves as an abstract UI frame around any object.
