Currently, the Values displayed in the Properties of the Studio UI show innacurate values that don't represent a) what is written in the XAML and b) that don't represent what the user input when setting Property Value changes as keyframes.

Repro Steps:

1) Download the attached Project
2) Identify the Storyboard inside the Project, and enter it.

3) Scrub back and forth, selecting Render Transform Keyframes on the Storyboard timeline.

Observe how in certain cases, the values shown in the Properties Panel don't match what was input in the Properties Panel.

Expected Results:
There is a 3-way perfect match of values between: What the user input in the Properties, what the XAML value is, what is displayed in the Properties.
