Summary0004264: Style property dropdown preview not working sometimes
Description

Dropdown preview doesn't work for the default style if there is a named style locally set in the property.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a Button
  2. Create a "Default Style" for the button with a template
  3. Create a style named "ButtonStyle1" with a different template
  4. Create a style named "ButtonStyle2" with a different template
  5. Set "ButtonStyle2" as the Button style
  6. Expand Style property dropdown and hover "ButtonStyle1". It should correctly previews that style and its template
  7. Now hover "[Button default]". It doesn't show the default style, it goes back to the "ButtonStyle2" preview
