Summary0004267: Asserts when removing BasedOn in VSCode
Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a style for a Button
  2. While in the Style scope, save the document and edit the xaml in VSCode
  3. Remove the BasedOn from the style in VSCode and save

Lots of asserts and then Studio exits the style scope.

Expected result: Style scope should be kept open, just update the BasedOn information
