Could you please provide repro steps for this? I wasn't able to reproduce it - I've created two simple buttons, I've named one, referenced it in the other one with a Binding and upon renaming the first element the Binding was also correctly updated. Same for triggers; I did notice that in the UI for Trigger Setters the element name isn't updated if the Trigger was expanded, but it was correctly updated in the XAML code.
