Summary	0004382: Asset Context Menu improvements
Description	Currently, each XAML file in the asset panel has an icon for opening it in VS Code. We want to replace this with a context menu that provides more options: Open... (uses the default Windows association) Open in VS Code... Show in Explorer... This context menu should also be available in every tab.
