Currently, the BooleanToVisibility Converter Property features an 'expand/collapse' on its left, that when click, sees the arrow rotate, without expanding any content.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml
2) Select the RootGrid, and from its Properties, hover over its Visibility Property, and from its 3-Dot Menu, select 'Create Binding'.

3) With the Binding Menu open, click the Expander just under the Binding's 'Path' Property, then as the 'Converter' Property, select "BooleanToVisibilityConverter.

Observe how a downward-pointing arrow has appeared to the left of 'Converter'.

4) Click the newly-appeared arrow.

Observe how the arrow offers no function other than rotating itself.

Expected Results: No Expand/Collapse arrows are displayed when there is no content to reveal/hide.
