Summary0004806: Opacity Masks Don't Render On Elements With Effects Applied
Description

Currently, if an Element has an Effect applied to it, any OpacityMask also applied, ceases to function.

Marking this as a 'Minor' because technically this can be worked around by enveloping the Layer with the Effect, with another Element, and applying an OpacityMask to it instead.

Repro Steps:

1) Download, and unzip, and open the attached Studio Project.

2) In the Navigator, identify the Element named "APPLY_OPACITYMASK_HERE", and select it.

3) Create any Linear Gradient-type Opacity Mask on this Element, configured in a way where the results of the masking can be seen with the naked eye.

Observe how no masking of the aquatic plants occur.

4) Middle-Mouse Press on the Element's 'Effect' Property to clear the BlurEffect.

Observe how the OpacityMask created in Step 3), now takes effect.

Expected Results: OpacityMasks function on Elements with Effects present on them.
