Currently, Studio offers the ability to MiddleMousePress on any Property Value to Clear Local Value.
This has rapidly become an absolutely key shortcut for many Studio users.
However, there is nowhere within the Studio interface where the user can learn this shortcut.

See attached image for an approximate proposal of how this could be handled.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the MainPage's root Grid, and change any of its Property's Values (Width for example).
A blue outline will appear around the Property Value, indicating a local change.

3) Hover over the changed Property's line in the Properties Panel, and click on its 3-Dot menu.
Observe how the option to 'Clear Local Value' exists.
Observe how there is no indication that the Property can be MiddleMousePressed to achieve the same result.

Expected Results: The end-user is provided with a shortcut hint adjacent to the action.
