Currently, we offer new Comboxes featuring predictive typing for a majority of Property value inputs.
However, we are currently missing this feature when selecting a Resource to apply to a Property.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Navigate to the Resources Panel, and add a nice little collection of SolidColorBrush Resources (the more the better)

3) Select the root Grid on the MainPage, and in its Properties Panel, hover over the 'Background' Property, click its 3-Dot Menu, and select 'Apply Resource'.
This will open/expand the Resource Selection Menu.

4) Directly to the right of the 'Name' sub-property, click on the dropdown, and start typing letters in the names of the SolidColorBrush Resources created in Step 2.

Observe how no Predictive Text Input feature is present.

Expected Results: The Resources Selector features a Predictive Typing feature on its value selector.
