Summary0005021: Inspector Localhost only option doesn't just show local
Description

I've noticed the Inspector doesn't just show localhosts only when that option is ticked, it is showing IPs that partially match in string.

e.g.
10.16.6.12 is showing:
10.16.6.122
10.16.6.127
10.16.6.128
etc.

This isn't ideal, as you have to figure out your own IP.
