Currently, when creating a Resource via the 'Convert Resource' action from within a Property, after saving, the 3-Dot Context menu that was opened to access this action, does not close.

This is inconsistent with all other actions in this menu, which close the context menu the moment an action in the menu is clicked.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Select the root Grid's 'Background' Property, and give it a color value.

3) Before closing the Color Picker, hover over the color hex field, and from its 3-Dot Menu, select 'Convert to Resource'. Give it a unique name, and save it to GlobalResources.xaml.

Observe how the context menu doesn't close once the operation is complete.

4) From the Solid Color Brush Panel/Modal, hover over the 'Opacity' Property, click its 3-Dot Menu, and click any other available action (eg: Set Binding, Clear Local Value, etc...)

Observe how all other actions successfully close the context menu when each action is actuated.

Expected Results: Making any selection in a context menu, closes it.
