Currently, when navigating between multiple tabs, Studio does not retain memory of the selected Element on a Page between visits.

This can cause friction, as moving away from a Page, can force a user to dig through to find their previous location.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a 'MainPage.xaml', a 'Page2.xaml', and a 'Page3.xaml'.

2) Place varying Elements within each Page, and select an Element in the Navigator in each Page.

3) Navigate between each of the Pages using either the Assets Panel, or the Tabs at the top of the screen.

Observe how at each visit, the selection made in Step 2) in each Page is lost.

Expected Results: Studio retains memory of the Selected Element in each Page for the lifespan of the Page being open.
