Summary0005087: Root FrameworkElement.Cursor value is cleared after DoDragDrop
Description

If the root FrameworkElement has an explicit Cursor value, it is cleared after a DoDragDrop call.

Restoring it manually is not easy, since the clearing occurs outside of the DragDropCompletedCallback.

This happens even when GiveFeedbackEventArgs.useDefaultCursors == false.
