Summary0005154: Can't add a Merged Dictionary when in item template edit mode
Description

Try to add a merged dictionary to any component of an ItemControl Item Template.
Notice that XAML receives a <ResourceDictionary/> entry, but Studio UI does not show it.
Editing XAML by hand doesn't make Studio UI show it either.
This also prevents Color Resources from showing up, even if they're defined higher up in a global resource XAML.
