Currently, we offer a LineDecoration Behavior which allows lines to be attached to TextBlock Elements.

Among the customization Properties offered under its 'Pen' sub-properties, is the Property to make the line a 'Dashed' line.

However, when the 'Dash Style' Dropwdown is opened, it only offers an option of 'None'.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Introduce a nice and large TextBlock to the Page.

3) Navigate to the Interactivity/Behaviors Panel, select the TextBlock, and attach a LineDecoration Behavior to it.

4) Select the new LineDecoration Behavior to display its Properties in the Properties Panel, and set its Properties to: Pen: Pen | Pen Thickness: 64

5) Under the Behavior's 'Pen' sub-Properties click on the dropdown for 'Dash Style'
Observe how no options other than 'none' can be selected.

Expected Results: The 'Dash Style' Pen sub-Property offers an option for its value.

Expected Results: If we offer no options for 'Dash Style', the Property is not displayed in the Behavior's 'Pen' sub-Properties.
